Job summary

The Three Guineas, Reading Station is seeking a Chef de Partie to prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. You will support a team of chefs in a fast-paced pub kitchen and contribute ideas for daily specials.

We’re looking for at least 1 year of pub cooking experience, a passion for fresh produce, and a collaborative attitude. This is a part-time role (25–30 hours per week) with induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of pub food experience.
• Experience preparing fresh food from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Support and work alongside talented chefs.
• Interest in learning new cooking techniques and putting ideas into dishes.
• An excellent team player with a positive attitude.
• Happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fresh produce.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:
