Job summary

Fuller’s in Reading is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our bustling pub kitchen. You will work with seasonal ingredients, uphold high pub standards, and be supported by a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role offers 25–30 hours weekly with benefits such as food and drink discounts, weekly tips, healthcare, Wagestream access, full induction and training, and My Fuller’s savings.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

• Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Has at least 1 year of pub food experience and a good basic understanding of great pub food and how it's served.
