Job description

Searcys is looking for a CDP to join our Kitchen Brigade. You will work across various events including conferences, banqueting, fine dining, and weddings. Job Details

Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

Schedule: Mainly Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare food to a high standard across various sections as directed by senior chefs
  2. Assist with additional functions
  3. Maintain high standards for functions and dining areas
  4. Manage client dining, staff restaurant, hospitality, and conference food services as requested
  5. Support the training of junior staff
  6. Ensure smooth daily operations
  7. Maintain hygiene and personal cleanliness standards
  8. Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations as per Searcys policies
  9. Comply with legal requirements including fire safety, security, licenses, and local authority/stakeholder regulations
  10. Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
  2. Proactive and initiative-taking
  3. Supportive team player
  4. Highly organized
  5. Flexible to work hours and business needs
  6. Capable of working under pressure and handling unforeseen circumstances
  7. Positive and cooperative attitude
