Job summary

Castle Hotel Windsor is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food and maintaining standards. This hands-on role runs a designated section, supports junior chefs, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations with focus during busy service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety and stock control procedures.
• Ability to manage and maintain their section during busy service periods.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for high-quality food preparation and consistency in presentation.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.
