De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen brigade. You will prepare, cook and present dishes in your section, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene, and support and mentor junior chefs on the team.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week over 5 days, with weekends on a rota and overtime paid, plus a share of the restaurant service charge and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen
• High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Attention to detail to create memorable culinary experiences

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment, with opportunities to progress within De Vere
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated section
• Mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs and maintain kitchen standards
