Castle Hotel Windsor is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead a designated section and support the senior kitchen team. The role is hands-on, with a focus on quality food preparation, section management, and maintaining exceptional kitchen standards.
The successful candidate will have prior Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie experience, sound knowledge of food hygiene, and the ability to work under pressure.
Start date July 2026.

The Chef de Partie plays an important role in supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent kitchen standards. This is a hands‑on position focused on running a designated section, supporting junior team members, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
