Job summary

Mosaic-Pub- in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to run a section of the kitchen to the highest standard, supporting the head chef and sous chef in their daily tasks, and contributing to the smooth service.

You will be involved in the production and service of all dishes, ensure cleanliness and food safety practices, manage deliveries, and maintain allergen controls, while fostering a positive, communicative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to run a kitchen section to high standards.
• Familiarity with health, safety and allergen controls.
