Job summary

Six by Nico Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team. You will help run a section during service, support Head Chef and Sous Chefs, and work across ever-changing menus to continually develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Proven ability to run a kitchen section during service.
• Good knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food safety practices.

The role

Due to our unique concept, we change menus on a regular basis which will give you the opportunity for continual development of your skills and knowledge with different cooking styles.

As a Chef de Partie at Six by Nico, you will:

• Be able to take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high level of food safety is maintained
• Be responsible for running a section during the day to day service; sections will alternate for your personal development
• Have a good knowledge & understanding on food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Be committed to delivering first class service
• Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
