- Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef background in a busy kitchen.
- Food hygiene and safety certification.
- Professional, positive, results-focused work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within your section to standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Support service across Heliot Steak House, events and across the Hippodrome.
- Manage stock control and minimise waste.
