Job summary

The Lawn Tennis Club Limited is seeking a skilled CDP to join our busy kitchen team. We offer shifts covering sauce and larder sections across two restaurants with a Brasserie and casual dining, plus an outdoor barbecue kitchen and events calendar.

The ideal candidate will have strong cookery knowledge, experience in a fast-paced kitchen, HACCP understanding, and the ability to follow menus and directions from senior chefs. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of cookery and cooking techniques.
• Experience in a busy and dynamic kitchen environment.
• Has an exceptional work ethic.
• Well organised in their work.
• Has a good understanding of HACCP and is used to following clean working procedures.
• Can speak and read English at a high level.
• Shows exceptional team work and an aptitude for communication.
• Is happy to work a range of different shifts and sections (i.e early and late shifts).
• Can follow menu specifications and take direction from the senior chefs.
