Job summary

Six by Nico is seeking a talented Chef de Partie for its Manchester Deansgate location. The role offers exposure to regularly changing menus and diverse cooking styles, with opportunities to develop skills and knowledge under a dynamic team.

You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, run a section during service, and contribute to maintaining high food-safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Be able to take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high level of food safety is maintained
• Be responsible for running a section during the day to day service; sections will alternate for your personal development
• Have a good knowledge & understanding on food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Be committed to delivering first class service
• Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
