RedCat Pub Company in Wakefield is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and present dishes to the highest standard, support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and contribute to day-to-day operations and seasonal menu development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up.
• A genuine love of cooking and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• A calm head under pressure and a drive to continuously improve.
• Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard across your section
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day operations
• Contribute to menu development with seasonal and creative ideas
• Help train and guide junior kitchen staff
