Job summary

The Bridge Hotel in Chertsey is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef to prepare fresh dishes, supervise junior staff, and help deliver consistently high standards across our menu.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef seeking next step.
• Passion for quality fresh food in welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn, team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Have experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show willingness to learn new skills and work well with the team.
• Assist Head Chef in designing and delivering new dishes and daily specials.
• Maintain planning and organisation to control GP and labour.
