Qualifications

• Experience as part of a fast-moving, quality-driven culinary team, at Chef de Partie level, ideally within Michelin and 5* hotels.
• Excellent cooking skills with a track record of high standards.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering quality.

Responsibilities

• Bringing delicious flavours to guests’ tables and running a section in a busy kitchen.
• Ensure smooth operations: orders, deliveries, service, and hygiene standards.
• Support Head Chef with ideas and techniques to keep the kitchen creative.
