Job summary

The Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder, Scotland, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Support Services team. The on target earning potential for this role is £32,222 per annum based on a 37.5 hour contract, comprising a base salary of £27,222 plus gratuities and service charge.

You will lead and develop a small team, ensure high cleaning standards, maintain food hygiene and health and safety compliance, and collaborate with chefs to deliver flawless

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality kitchens or back-of-house operations.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Kitchen Porters to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Ensure crockery, cutlery and glassware are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and health & safety compliance across all outlets.
