Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven pastry experience in fast-moving, quality-driven environments.
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or leading patisseries.
• Strong passion for pastry, creativity, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own a pastry section in a busy Pastry kitchen at Gleneagles.
• Design, deliver bespoke pastries, breads, desserts and showpieces.
• Maintain high taste, presentation and consistency standards.
• Manage orders, deliveries, and uphold impeccable food hygiene.
• Collaborate with Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chef to innovate.
