Job summary

The Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder is seeking a proactive Kitchen Porter to support our Food and Beverage teams. The role offers on-target earnings of £15.27 per hour, comprising a base rate of £12.77 and gratuities/service charge of £2.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality kitchens and back-of-house operations.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of cleanliness in all kitchen areas daily.
• Ensure crockery, cutlery and glassware are cleaned to high standards.
• Store equipment safely and organize storage areas.
• Assist with waste sorting and recycling according to policy.
• Build strong working relationships with team members across the estate.
• Engage with guests professionally to enhance their stay.
