Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is recruiting a Chef de Partie for AC Hotel Glasgow, a contemporary urban retreat in the heart of Glasgow. Take charge of your section, create dishes with flair and ensure every plate meets high standards of taste and presentation.

You will prep, organise and work closely with the team to deliver service at pace, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety. This role offers opportunities to contribute to menu development and culinary creativity in a dynamic hotel

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen as Chef de Partie or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for culinary excellence and creativity in plating.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of your section, cooking up dishes with flavour and flair.
• Ensure top presentation and taste, bringing creativity to every plate.
• Prep and organise to keep service running smoothly.
• Work with the kitchen team and communicate precisely to deliver on time.
• Maintain a clean workstation and uphold hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels to keep favourites on the pass.
• Assist with menu planning and development with fresh ideas.
