Qualifications

• Genuine interest in cooking and learning in a professional kitchen.
• Some kitchen experience is a plus, willingness to learn essential.
• Solid understanding of basic food prep techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and food safety.
• Team-oriented, able to take direction and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients and ensure smooth station operation.
• Work with senior chefs across sections to refine techniques.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic workstation following safety standards.
• Help manage kitchen inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks, sauces, grilling, and plating.
• Participate in regular cleaning and keep equipment spotless.
