Job summary

BaxterStorey UK is hiring a Chef de Partie in Isleworth. This full-time position is 40 hours per week across 5 days, with possible evenings and weekend shifts. Salary is £16.73 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

You will prepare dishes, manage your station, ensure food safety, and collaborate with the team to develop new recipes while upholding BaxterStorey standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety.
• Station Management – oversee dishes at your station and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control – maintain high quality, presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with the team and support colleagues.
• Menu Development – assist in developing and tasting new recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep kitchen and equipment clean and in good order.
