BaxterStorey UK is seeking a Chef De Partie for a Mon to Fri, Liverpool Street location. Salary £34,000 per annum plus paid overtime. You will prepare and cook dishes to recipe standards, manage your station, and ensure food safety and quality across all plates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation according to recipes and standards set by head/sous chef, with food safety compliance.
• Oversee the production and upkeep of your station; maintain cleanliness per policy.
• Maintain high quality and presentation of dishes.
• Collaborate with the team and assist colleagues as needed.
• Assist in menu development and tasting of new recipes with head chef.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure equipment is functioning.
