bartlett mitchell is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support our catering operations across Zones 1 to 3. You will oversee food preparation, maintain high standards of production, and lead a section with care for cost control and portions.

With two years’ experience in a similar operation and qualifications such as C&G 1 & 2 or NVQ, you’ll bring flair, consistency, and a customer-focused approach. We offer development opportunities, paid leave, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar sized operation.
• Qualified to C&G 1 & 2 or NVQ or equivalent.
• Passionate about high standards of production and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present dishes to the highest standards of production.
• Support catering operations across Zones 1 to 3 and monitor stock levels.
• Lead a section and mentor junior staff to ensure service excellence.
