Job summary

Bartlett Mitchell in Corby is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a night shift (20 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 19:00-23:00, to be confirmed). You will deliver culinary excellence, lead a small kitchen team, and contribute to costed menu planning with strong stock control.

Two years in a similar operation and C&G 1/2, NVQ or equivalent are expected. Benefits include extensive development and staff perks at BM Caterers.
