Barlett Mitchell in Corby is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a night role, Mon-Fri 21:30-00:30, 15 hours per week, within a multi-award-winning contract catering team. You will lead culinary production to high standards, manage stock and cost menus, and mentor a small team, with two years of similar experience and qualifications such as C&G 1/2 or NVQ.
