Chefs for Chefs is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a growing British pub and dining operation in the UK. You will work across all kitchen sections, crafting fresh British dishes with quality produce and contributing to menu development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or capable Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Genuine passion for fresh food and British cuisine.
• Creative, with enthusiasm for developing new dishes and menu ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work across all kitchen sections including food prep and service.
• Prepare and cook fresh British dishes using quality ingredients.
• Maintain high standards during busy service periods.
• Assist with menu development and new dish creation.
• Keep your section clean, organised and ready.
• Follow food safety, stock rotation and labelling procedures.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
