We are currently looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work in Hospitality'.Sitting consistentlyin the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food.Ifthis sounds like something you'd like to get involved with we would love to hear from you!

What you will be doing

  • Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards
  • Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service
  • Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice
  • Ensuring that the designated sections are cleaned and organized
  • Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food
  • Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside

We are looking for someone who…

  • Has interest in culinary and cooking
  • Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good level of English
