The Coach and Horses on Barnes high street is a traditional British pub known for its warm welcome and busy kitchen. We invite you to join a friendly team and grow within a supportive environment, whether you want part-time or seasonal hours, with training and progression on offer.

As a Chef de Partie, you will work under an experienced Head Chef to prepare quality, fresh dishes, contribute to daily specials, and help maintain menu standards in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Willingness to learn new skills; be an active team player with excellent communication.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and engagement with Kitchen and front-of-house.
