The Baker Collective is seeking a talented Chef de Partie who loves food, produce and cooking, and who inspires those around them. You’ll be part of a team delivering thoughtful dishes and memorable experiences.

You’ll run breakfast, starter, or pudding sections unsupervised, keep to-do lists and ordering on track, and contribute ideas to raise standards across the kitchen. Expect a varied schedule with shift flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen, cooking for a minimum of one year.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Run Breakfast, starter or pudding section unsupervised.
• Complete to-do lists and order lists.
• Maintain standards while contributing ideas and helping drive the business forward.
