A prestigious new hotel in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead kitchen operations in their delicatessen. The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025, is a Rosewood Hotel Group property housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces that provide a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.
We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our delicatessen, a large outlet at the hotel serving gourmet plated foods such as soups, salads, and sandwiches for both internal and external guests. The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing a team of culinary professionals, promoting teamwork and fostering collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is scheduled to start in June 2025.
