Job description

This luxurious and charming 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel, set within beautiful grounds, is looking for an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and an eye for detail to join their kitchen team.

The hotel's continued success is based on its dedicated team and their passion for delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality. The successful Chef de Partie will join a talented kitchen team that fosters a great working environment and offers many benefits.

As Chef de Partie, you will need to stay up-to-date with all cooking and presentation techniques, preparing fresh local food for our guests and customers.

Located in a magnificent setting with beautiful views, the role offers live-in accommodation, a fantastic culture, and a strong commitment to staff welfare and wellbeing.

You will support the talented and well-respected Executive Chef and senior team, taking the lead within your section, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members. You must have experience working under pressure in a busy high-end restaurant and be skilled at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local ingredients.

Requirements & Experience:
  • Experience cooking fresh dishes in a Rosette-awarded property
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
  • Experience leading a section
