Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Warwick Castle. This full-time role reports to the Head Chef and involves supporting breakfast and dinner service at the hotel.

We provide world-class contract catering services across the UK, including sectors like Sports & Entertainment, Defence, Judicial, Private Industry, and Education. Our teams feature some of the UK's top culinary talents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard breakfast buffets, à la carte pub meals, and carvery dinners
• Support catering for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches, private parties, and events at Warwick Castle
• Ensure all meals meet high-quality standards and are prepared with passion
• Complete daily paperwork, assist with kitchen deep cleans
• Manage food production to minimize wastage, maintain stock levels, and adhere to brand standards
• Order food supplies and maintain inventory
• Know all menu items and allergy information
• Train and mentor new team members
• Undertake relevant training as needed

Candidate Requirements
