Job summary

JW Lees in the United Kingdom seeks a Chef de Partie to join our fabulous team. You will cook with fresh ingredients, support a busy kitchen, and help maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

You will be part of a supportive kitchen crew with opportunities to grow through internal and external development programmes and culinary apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Has a passion and experience of cooking with fresh food.
• Eye for detail and consistency; works well in a team.
• Be conscious of Health & Safety in the Kitchen, aiming for 5* Scores on the doors.
• Manage and rotate stock and oversee the running of your section.
• Motivated to develop skills and progress to the next level.
