Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. The role focuses on cooking with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards and supporting a collaborative kitchen environment.

You will manage stock for your section, ensure health and safety compliance, and take opportunities for progression through internal development programmes. The role offers a supportive culture and potential career growth within JW Lees’ pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Has a passion and experience of cooking with fresh food.
• Eye for detail and consistency; can work well in a team.
• Be conscious of Health & Safety in the Kitchen and maintain 5* Scores on the doors.
• Manage and rotate stock; oversee the running of your section.
• Motivated to develop skills and progress to the next level.
