A leading independent school seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This role involves preparing high-quality meals, assisting senior chefs, and ensuring food hygiene standards. Chef de Partie
37.5 hours per week , 5 days out of 7 Monday Sunday. Shift pattern on a rota 6.30am 2.30pm or 11.30am - 7.30pm
Salary: GBP29,045 per annum
Downe House is a leading independent boarding and day school for girls based in Cold Ash, Berkshire. We operate an in-house fully catered service for pupils and staff which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. In addition, we hold numerous catered events and formal dinners each year.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef to become an integral member of our kitchen team, assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. You will have previous experience of working in a similar role catering for large numbers, have a passion for food and an understanding of food hygiene requirements.
