Chef de Partie - Southampton

Position: Chef De Partie at Bars, Southampton

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour plus an incentive of an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, totaling £15.50 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time, scheduled between 3 AM and 11 PM.

  • Applicants must provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or work specific shifts due to role responsibilities.
  • Previous experience leading a kitchen team is required.
