What’s involved?
As Chef de Partie, you will be passionate about delivering excellent food. You will work in a kitchen team of 18; preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for your section, ensuring consistently high standards of up to 100 covers per day.
The hotel offers breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service between 2 on-site restaurants; one offering guests a more formal setting, the other a more relaxed atmosphere, meaning you should be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns.
You will work with the Sous and Head Chefs to help create dishes whilst assisting with the training of more junior chefs working with you too.
You will monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins whilst ensuring yourself and your team have high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
