Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Croyde for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing their section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, assisting with menu planning, contributing to team efforts, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
• Culinary skills including preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Knowledge of best cooking practices, and understanding of hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Ability to manage and maintain kitchen stations efficiently and effectively
• Teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
