Located in the heart of Kings Cross, our all-day dining eatery Spagnoletti offers authentic Italian cuisine made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Under the leadership of Chef Patron Adam Simmonds, the restaurant aims to showcase quality dishes that blend tradition with creativity, reflecting the distinctive style of Spagnoletti.
Chef Simmonds brings extensive experience from working with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, and from his Michelin-starred restaurants Ynshir Hall and Danesfield House.
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, who is skilled with fresh, seasonal produce, to join our team and work alongside Simmonds.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to company standards and the restaurant’s concept, while adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. You will assist the sous chef and head chef in developing new dishes and menus, collaborate with the brigade, and communicate effectively with front of house staff. The role also involves monitoring portion control and waste to maintain profitability, and keeping your station impeccably clean and organized.
