You will support high-quality education by providing outstanding food and service to pupils and staff. Your role involves preparing food daily using fresh ingredients to create enjoyable, healthy meals that pupils look forward to.

Role overview:

• Plan, prepare, cook, and present food to company and client standards
• Enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service
• Maintain health, safety, and food safety standards in line with company policy
• Be customer-focused, approachable, and proactive in exceeding expectations
• Ensure food is cooked, presented, and served according to standards
• Act as a positive ambassador for the business
• Demonstrate commitment to company values

Candidate requirements:

• Passionate about cooking high-quality, fresh food
• Strong and consistent Chef De Partie experience
• Motivated team player with excellent culinary skills
• Knowledge of current food trends and hygiene standards
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and customer service orientation

Please note: This role is contracted for 42 weeks per year.
