A leading hospitality company in King's Cross is seeking a Chef de Partie for their Italian restaurant. Located in the heart of Kings Cross, our all-day dining eatery Spagnoletti aims to create quality dishes from humble ingredients that honor authentic Italian cuisine, while also demonstrating the creativity and distinctive style of Spagnoletti and our new Chef Patron, Adam Simmonds.
Chef Simmonds, a renowned culinary talent, brings to Spagnoletti skills gained from working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, as well as expertise from his Michelin Star restaurants Ynshir Hall and Danesfield House. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie familiar with fresh, seasonal produce and Italian/Mediterranean cuisine to work alongside Simmonds and the team.
The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to company standards and concepts, ensuring all standards are met while adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. They will assist the sous chef and head chef in developing new dishes and menus, collaborate with the brigade, and communicate effectively with the entire team, including front of house. The role also involves monitoring waste and controlling costs to maintain profit margins, and keeping the station clean and organized at all times.
