Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury hotel/restaurant kitchen. You will report to the Head Chef and guide junior chefs while preparing and plating lunches, dinners and functions with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

You must have Chef de Partie experience in a quality environment and be able to work unsupervised, with strong attention to detail in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment.
• You will be able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
• You have experience with all fresh food in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities

The Role
