Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an Excellent Chef de Partie for a luxury property near Liphook. You will work 45 hours weekly across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, supporting the Head Chef in a fresh food kitchen and guiding junior staff.

Live-in available with straight shifts and overtime paid; 28 days holiday. Hotel background and AA Rosette experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

You will already be a Chef de Partie or ambitious Demi Chef.
Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills.
Experience of working in Hotels ideally to AA rosette standard.
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude.
Steady Career History.

Responsibilities

Working in the fresh food kitchen preparing fresh, seasonal food.
Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs.
Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests.
Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef.

Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity in Luxury Property - Live in available

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Liphook for a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen of their luxury property. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests. You will work 5 straight shifts and prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service in the resort restaurant. The role is 45 hours per week with overtime paid.
