Job summary

Heartwood Collection in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to support a busy kitchen, working across sections and following recipes to deliver fresh, high-quality dishes.

The role includes TRONC in pay, bespoke Stepping Stones training, EarlyPay access, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and a comprehensive staff perks package across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
