Job summary

JW Lees is recruiting a Chef de Partie for its pubs, inns and hotels across the North West. The role focuses on cooking with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards, and working closely with a supportive team.

You will be expected to help manage stock, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests and customers.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and consistency; strong team player.
• Commitment to Health & Safety; work to achieve 5* food hygiene scores.
• Manage and rotate stock; oversee your section.
• Motivated with desire to develop skills and progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to spec with fresh ingredients.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with stock control and rotation of products.
• Support other sections during peak times.
