I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client who is looking to add talented chefs to their team at a truly special dining destination, where rustic charm meets refined cuisine.

Celebrating the very best of seasonal, estate-led cooking, their menus are inspired by the rhythms of the estate, featuring produce grown in their own gardens and meats sourced from their pastures. The package:

• Base salary: £31,741 per annum
• Tips: Approximately £14,000-£16,000 per annum
• Potential total earnings: £45,000+ per annum
