Job summary

Harbour Hotels in the South invites a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, delivering exceptional menus across our restaurants.

You will confidently run your own section, maintain high standards and collaborate with a Rosette-background brigade to ensure consistency across our sites.

This role offers excellent progression opportunities, internal promotions, staff discounts, and meals on duty, with bespoke development pathways across Harbour Hotels properties.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
• Eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
