Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will bring at least two years' experience at Chef de Partie level and contribute to delivering fresh, quality food across busy service periods.

This role offers a 40-hour week over four days, £32,000 per year plus Tronc, structured career progression across Harbour Hotels Group, on-the-job training, staff discounts, meals on duty, and access to our benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

The Role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Chef de Partie level. This position may suit a Senior Chef de Partie who is looking for their first Junior Sous role
