Harbour Hotels are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our high-volume kitchen, delivering fresh, quality dishes across our coastal properties.

You should have at least two years’ experience at Chef de Partie level and be looking for progression within Harbour Hotels Group. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for internal promotions, with meals on duty and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience at Chef de Partie level in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience preparing and delivering quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in a high-volume kitchen to prepare and plate dishes.
• Maintain standards of quality, consistency and cleanliness in the kitchen.

The Role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Chef de Partie level. This position may suit a Senior Chef de Partie who is looking for their first Junior Sous role
