Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our restaurant team, delivering exceptional menus and confidently running your own section in the kitchen.

The role requires at least 6 months’ experience as Chef de Partie, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background. You will work within Harbour Hotels’ luxury portfolio across coastal and countryside properties, with on-the-job training and opportunities for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred.
• Capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Run your own kitchen section to high standards.
• Support the wider kitchen team and assist with menu execution.

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
