Chef de Partie Wanted – Temporary Cover in June

Location: Porthcawl CF36

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00-15:00

Pay: £16.50 per hour + holiday pay = £18.49 per hour (paid weekly in arrears every Friday)

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team immediately, working on behalf of a well-known client on a full-time temporary basis for 2 weeks.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
  2. Supporting senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your section
  4. Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
  5. Assisting with stock control and rotation

Important: As this is in an educational setting, an Enhanced DBS with child barring is required & on the update service.

This is an excellent opportunity for chefs who prefer daytime hours and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
